DocuSign Business Pro Cloud Edition can be used as either a user-based (per seat) or transaction-based (per envelope) based subscription.
Each seat purchase includes 100 envelopes or sends per annual subscription, pooled at the account level, to be used throughout the subscription term. For instance, 5 seats = 500 envelopes. This means you could assign each seat to a unique employee or have 500 transactions run through one centralized individual.
Your first DocuSign order per customer must be for a minimum of 2 seats (200 envelopes pooled). A subscription requires an annual commitment that you pay for on a monthly basis (no cancellation during each 12-month term). Additional add-on orders after the initial purchase can be 1 seat or greater and will be pro-rated and co-termed with the original order renewal date*.
All customers will receive access to DocuSign Premier Support with each order.
NOTE: If your product requirements exceed what is available in DocuSign Business Pro Cloud edition, please contact your Ingram Micro Cloud Consultant for additional product options. You will not be able to adjust your order on the marketplace or get a refund during the subscription period. If after purchasing on the marketplace your product needs change, a completely new purchase will be required through Ingram Micro, outside of the Cloud Marketplace.
*Subscriptions will automatically renew each year and may be cancelled at any time up to two weeks prior to the original renewal date.
Make sure you know the email address of your end customer’s Admin User prior to making your purchase on the marketplace. Changing admins after provisioning requires end customers to call DocuSign support directly.
